Ashley is our custom cake designer. She is a pastry chef who has been creating custom cakes for 15 years. She graduated from Texas A&M and went on to Le Cordon Bleu Chicago with a degree in Baking and Patisserie. For 5 years, she ran AshleyCakes, a successful specialty cake bakery located in the Houston Heights. In 2022, she was introduced to the love of her life and decided it was time to start a new chapter in Amarillo.

We've partnered with Ashley, who now works out of our bakery kitchen, using our recipes and high-quality ingredients so every cake meets our better-for-you standards!
